Inside Sales Specialist

As the Inside Sales Specialist you will be responsible for contacting potential new customers, handling the needs of existing customers, and advancing and closing the sales process. Your main objective is to provide inside sales support for the specific geographic region to which you are assigned: this includes contacting customers, creating price quotes, and accepting and processing new orders. Your day-to-day responsibilities vary, but typical tasks include seeking out and contacting potential customers, requesting and scheduling meetings for sales presentations, product demonstrations, datacenter visits and invite prospects to our events. This includes cold calling, generating sales leads, and receiving and reviewing customer requirements. As Inside sales specialists you must also perform continuous market research to locate and develop new customer contacts and sales opportunities.

RESPONSABILITIES

Source new sales opportunities through outbound lead generation, inbound follow-up, cold calls and emails, seminars and webinars 
●     Convert leads and introduce technical sales 
●     Deep understanding of customer needs and requirements 
●     Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate specialists for further development 
●     Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest 
●     Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory 
●     Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals 
●     Prepare weekly reports summarizing Inside Sales activities 



REQUIRED SKILLS

We are looking for a energetic, upbeat, tenacious, not easily scared, team player with a "do-what-it-takes" approach. 
●     Proven inside sales experience (at least 3 years) 
●     Experience in IT sector (archive and other cloud services) 
●     Fluent English and one national language: Italian, German, French 
●     Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
●     Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 
●     Experience working with CRM packages
